Through this screen we have access to the latest batch of applications for connectivity with our smartphone, such as Android Auto and Apple CarPlay and the infallible bluetooth. In the same way, we can choose which camera we want to see when driving in reverse thanks to the 360º camera.
Music is very important to young people, which is why Nissan has integrated two BOSE-signed speakers into the driver’s headrest. This gives you more immersion while driving. We have already seen this idea in the Nissan Juke, another product focused on young audiences that is very successful.
Engines
The robust and reliable engines that give life to the Nissan Micra, already seen in other products of the consortium formed by Renault-Nissan. Available with two gasoline engines and a diesel, their power does not exceed 90 hp, enough for a car of this cut.
Both gasoline are tri-cylinder blocks. The first, atmospheric and 1.0-liter displacement, offers only 70 hp. The second option lowers the displacement to 0.9 liters, but adds a turbocharger that increases power to 90 hp.
Finally, the diesel engine is the most conventional of all. It is a block of 4 cylinders and 1.5 liters of displacement. It also offers 90 hp, but in return it offers more power at low turns thanks to its greater displacement and torque. The refinement and consumption are also lower, this being the best option of all.
In any case the transmission is in charge of a five-speed manual gearbox. A sixth gear is needed especially for road and highway, to reduce consumption mainly. The arrival of the automatic transmission announced by the brand is still awaited.
Prices
The extensive range of finishes has a real starting price of 13,850 euros, a figure that in promotion drops to 10,000. In fact, the firm announces a promotion that corresponds to the Visia + finish with a 70 hp engine from 9,900 euros, always when we finance the purchase and we accept a series of conditions.
Another interesting point is the cost of optional equipment and aesthetic customization. Given the economic nature of the car, the rates for all the elements are really low, not exceeding 500 euros in any case.
