The app will enter the location where you are at that moment and will search for the closest available car to where you are. The app will tell you how long it takes the driver to arrive and will show you a small map with the route he is taking until he reaches you.

There are times when drivers call on the phone to make sure where you are or to ask you to please go to the door or cross the street so they can pick you up more easily and faster.

Once you get into the car, the driver will introduce himself and try to start a conversation, which will continue as long as you want. If you feel like talking, he will continue, while if he sees you unreceptive, he will let it be. You can ask to raise or lower the temperature, to change the music if you don’t like it, and things like that.

Then comes one of the most convenient things about using Uber: payment. It is paid through the application, so you will not have to worry about carrying cash or small bills, nor the dreaded theft of card numbers that have occurred in some cases with other transport services.

Also, if the trip has been pleasant for you and the driver too, you can even give him a tip. Then you can rate both the car, the friendliness of the driver, the type of music and any details that seem relevant to you. These scores will also help you to know the type of driver that is coming, which you can reject or cancel the trip and look for another.
