Lotus Evora GT410 Sport: Technical Evolution
Situated above the 400, the Lotus Evora GT410 Sport is an evolution of the Evora 410. At first glance they look like the same car with different finishes, but don’t let the aesthetics mislead you, the differences between the two are considerable.
In its appearance, it became the most powerful street Lotus ever created, although the crown did not last long, since within a few months the GT430 Sport and the magnificent 3-Eleven appeared.
The truth is that for most of the public, this model can be one of the most balanced of the brand if we take into account the power, the technological and mechanical equipment, and the price, not to mention the exclusivity. We dare to say that you have not seen any on the street, despite having been on the market for more than a year.

Aesthetically little changes compared to the normal Lotus Evora 400, it maintains that fluid and challenging image at the front, with beautiful bass with large air intakes.

Engine and dynamics
One of the improvements carried out in this Lotus Evora GT410 Sport is the weight. A very strict diet has been carried out since the series model and has managed to stop the scale at 1,279 kilograms. A fact that is not bad at all, but that can be improved with a series of options offered by the brand.
These weight reduction options consist of a titanium exhaust system and aluminum Öhlins TTX adjustable dampers. Together they get a reduction of 23 kilograms, which, although it may seem ridiculous, can be noticed on a circuit with a stopwatch in hand.
The central engine, the lightness and the effectiveness of its suspensions are the key to the good work of the GT410 on the track. The engine has been retouched compared to the 400; It also has the fantastic 3.5-liter turbocharged V6 engine from Toyota, but with a slightly increased power up to 416 hp.
The maximum torque is 420 Nm at 3,500 rpm, responsible for this sports car accelerating from 0 to 100 km / h in just 4.2 seconds and reaching 305 km / h. The performance differences compared to the standard 400 are few, but the effectiveness on the track has been considerably improved thanks to the new suspensions and the reduction in weight.
The times it achieves on the circuit are at the level of sports much more expensive than this Lotus, and it is that few brands know how to radicalize both the vehicles and the English firm. It does not need more power, the balance of the car allows a cornering at a devilish speed.

Starting at € 121,913, € 12,000 more expensive than 400. In our opinion, unless you are one of those who seeks to reduce every thousandth of a second in a circuit, to enjoy a few batches sporadically, you will hardly notice the difference and you will be able to spend that difference on tires, the largest expense of the owner of a whole Lotus .
